MARKETING EXECUTIVE

 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Implement effective marketing campaigns to create awareness of the company’s products and services
  • Assist company branding in the market
  • Oversee all marketing operations including advertisement, marketing collateral and events
  • To maintain and update Company website regularly
  • Work closely with Sales and Service Sales team to identify market demands and requirement
  • Assist Regional Corporate Communications function in public relation and communications (both internal and external)
 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferably diploma/degree in Marketing/Business Development/Mass Communications/Journalism
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably one other language
  • Good presentation and leadership skills
  • IT savvy
  • Boundless energy, aggressive in setting goals and meeting them
  • Self motivated and result-oriented
  • Team player with great interpersonal skill
  • Meticulous, organized and committed

PROJECT MANAGER

 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all project actions and schedules
  • Meet criteria on design, budget, timeline, quality, safety and environmental requirements established for each project
  • Co-ordinate and interact with project team, customers, consultants and sub-contractors
  • Develop work instructions for inspection and testing activities
  • Responsible for updating on technical information / documentation
  • Responsible for supervision and allocation of jobs onsite
  • Capable of handling situational problems, looking into customer’s complaints and initiating corrective actions
  • Meet and exceed customers’ expectations
  • Ensure deficiencies such as customer complaints are resolved on time and proper corrective and preventive actions are taken
  • Identify and providing trainings for project engineers and operations team
  • Lead and motivate a team of project engineers and operations personnel
 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil/Building/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Preferably with 4-5 years of Project experiences
  • Must possess a valid driving license
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, self-motivated and resourceful
  • Positive attitude

SERVICES SALES ENGINEER

 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify and develop potential business opportunities
  • To service and expand on existing customers base
  • Achieve sales & profit targets set by the company
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies
  • Ensuring customer requirements are clearly and adequately communicated to service technicians before they are assigned to customer site
  • Update existing customers on any new products
  • Cultivate and enhance long term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Ensure smooth operations of any service / maintenance activities
  • Prepare service/maintenance activities report to management
  • Ensure procedures, standards and guidelines are followed and maintained
  • Conduct direct sales of company’s products and services
 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree/Diploma/ITC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Preferably with 2 years of Sales experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must possess a valid driving license
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, self-motivated and resourceful
