- Load from 500 to 2000 kg
- Motor - 400V / 50Hz three phase power supply. Motor has 50% ED and his body is made of an aluminum profile for the best heat dissipation which gives it a potential of 300 start-ups per hour.
- Lifting Chain - The lifting chain, grade class type HE-G80, is galvanized for greater resistance to wear.
- Hoisting Hook – Suspension and lifting hook according DIN hoisting standard with safety latch. Body of the chain hoist – The standing point is an epoxy-polyester resin powder. The paint is 70um thick. The parts are treated by sand blasting before painting.
- Chain container – Different types of chain bag are delivered on the chain hoist, according to the load and the hoisting height. A black extruded high-density polyethylene container is delivered as standard.
- Electrics – The ECCO chain hoists are equipped with cabled contactors. The electric include a main ignition switch and an emergency stop/start switch. The chain hoist control is 48V low voltage to provide greater safety for the user.

| The EUROBLOC VT Electric wire rope hoist is the only hoisting unit with wire rope and a hook that offers, in its standard version: |
- Hook approach, "C" dimensions and the "F" approach distance of the hoist are the smallest and the best available in the market
- The pulley block presents only a slight lateral shift during hoisting motion (virtually vertical lifting)
- The possibility to adjust speed while travelling : 2 control modes & MS control
- Hoisting speed ratio is 1/6, between 1/4 and micro

The EUROBLOC VTs Compact electrical wire rope hoist is the economic and "light load" version of the EUROBLOC VT hoist which has been designed and optimized specifically for hoisting loads of 1,000 kg to 2,000 kg on the basis of the functional sub-modules.

MAXIMUM SAFETY ENGINEERING
The EUROBLOC VTs hoist stands out immediately through its highly compact design principally achieved by using a short length but large diameter drum. Its fixing elements and rotation system without resorting to ball bearings are covered by a patent. These elements make for perfectly "clean" operation, ensuring that no grease or particles of steel can fall into the motor.
Specially designed to lift, the hoisting motor comes with type IP55 protection and F class insulation. The motor also has all the necessary protection features : Bimetal sensors, and; Oversized cooling fins to facilitate heat dissipation. |

| Speed variation without fixed steps on the hoisting movements guarantees the Eurochain VL 10 extremely precise positioning of the loads and more flexible use. Depending on the weight of the load, movement type and the level of experience of the user, one can adjust the travel speed almost freely. The speeds are more reliable; with a minimum speed close to 025m/min (depending on the versions). Operators with lesser experiences are able to handle loads without damaging risks. |
